How can I see the messages from my subaccount?

If you have subaccounts, you can choose to see only the messages for a certain subaccount.

By default, your mobile app will show the messages from all accounts together.

To filter the messages for just one subaccount, use the drop-down arrow icon at the top right of the Inbox screen.

If you have subaccounts, you’ll see them listed here. 

Tap the subaccount for which you want to see messages.

Your Inbox will now be filtered to show only that subaccount’s messages.
