You can leave feedback on individual call messages for your receptionists. This allows them to better serve your customers and improve your overall service.
To leave feedback on a call message through the AnswerConnect app:
- Go to Inbox
- Select the call message you wish to leave feedback on
- Select Give Feedback from the options on the right sidebar
- Type your feedback in the pop-up field
- Rate the experience using the smiling and frowning emojis.
- Hit Select
