What does the integration do?
When your virtual receptionists answer a call for your business, the integration pushes the caller’s information to your Constant Contact account as a Contact.
Activating the Integration
From your AnswerConnect app
- Click Settings on the sidebar
- Choose Advanced Settings
- Select Integrations.
- Choose the Constant Contact integration card
- Click Integrate
Deactivating the integration
To deactivate the integration
- Go to Settings
- Click Advanced Settings
- Select Integrations
- Choose the Constant Contact integration card
- Click Deactivate.
