How do I deactivate the Freshdesk integration?
To deactivate the integration:
- Go to Settings
- Select Advanced Settings
- Click Integrations
- Choose the Freshdesk integration card
- Click Deactivate
I've switched accounts on my Freshdesk. How do I get my AnswerConnect account to connect with my new Freshdesk account?
When configuring the integrations, you will be given the option to connect the preferred account in the Connect section. In case of account changes, you can click on the Connect button to connect your new Freshdesk account.
